Paid, in-stock orders placed before the UK-time cutoff dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding our listed closure dates.
Cutoff: 14:00 Europe/London (GMT/BST).
After the cutoff, on weekends or on dispatch closure days, we dispatch on the next open weekday. Standard delivery is the next open weekday after dispatch; Friday dispatch normally arrives Monday.
Saturday delivery is a separate service that must be available and selected at checkout. We do not dispatch on Saturday or Sunday.
Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Remote, island and international destinations, backorders, payment delays and carrier disruption may take longer. The applicable service and charges are confirmed at checkout.
