Collection process
Orders placed before 2 PM can be collected the same day until 5 PM.
- Place an order with us by selecting the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. It's free of charge.
- Wait for the confirmation email indicating that your order is ready for collection.
- Once you receive the confirmation email, you can come and collect your order.
- At the collection point, please provide your order number so we can hand over your parcel to you.
