Important Delivery Information
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched on the next working day.
- Weekend delivery only applies when a dedicated Saturday or Sunday service has been purchased.
- DPD Saturday Express orders are dispatched on Friday only.
- Larger orders, usually over 15 cases, may be delivered on a pallet via a haulier. Pallet deliveries are made to the roadside or kerbside only.
- Orders containing multiple boxes may arrive separately or via different couriers.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your tracking information by email.
- DPD deliveries may include email and SMS updates for dispatch, delivery day and estimated delivery time.
- If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
Local Pickup
Orders placed before 2:00 pm can be collected on the same working day between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
