Delivery information

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • We dispatch our orders on the same working day if they are ordered before 2 pm.
  • Weekend deliveries only take place if a Saturday or Sunday service has been purchased.
  • For orders usually over 15 cases, we may switch to palletised delivery via haulier. Delivery is to the roadside, and the driver won’t bring the cases inside. 
  • Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order has shipped, you'll receive a second email with your tracking information.
  • The Delivery timeframe chosen at checkout starts once your order has shipped.
  • If you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 24 hours from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

  • To qualify for free delivery, the order must be above 100£ + VAT.
  • Delivery takes 1-3 working days.
  • Your parcels may be delivered by different couriers if multiple boxes were sent.

STANDARD DELIVERY (via Royal Mail or Parcelforce) - £7.80 ex. VAT

  • Delivery takes 2-3 working days.
  • We decide what service to use for delivery depending on the order size.

PARCELFORCE EXPRESS DELIVERY - £8.75 ex. VAT

  • Delivery takes 1 working day.
  • Free delivery is available for orders above £100 ex. VAT
  • Email and SMS notifications: despatch, day of delivery, and pre-delivery notifications.

PARCELFORCE 10 AM EXPRESS DELIVERY - £12.99 ex. VAT

  • Delivery takes 1 working day.
  • Guaranteed delivery before 10 am.
  • Email and SMS notifications: despatch, day of delivery, and pre-delivery notifications.

PARCELFORCE 12 AM EXPRESS DELIVERY - £9.49 ex. VAT

  • Delivery takes 1 working day.
  • Guaranteed delivery before 12 am.
  • Email and SMS notifications: despatch, day of delivery, and pre-delivery notifications.

PARCELFORCE SATURDAY EXPRESS DELIVERY - £21.59 ex. VAT

LOCAL PICKUP - FREE

Orders placed before 2 pm can be collected the same working day between 2 and 4 pm.
