You can return a product or report a problem with your order through your account. Otherwise, please email us at sales@greenfeel.co.uk. Please provide your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Unwanted items
We will not refund any collection fees for unwanted items. We will only refund products returned within 30 days in a resealable condition. Unwanted items can be returned using your postage, and we will provide you with a return address. If you would like to have a collection service, we can arrange this at the following costs:
£14.99 ex VAT per box.
Incorrect items
Incorrect items must be reported to GreenFeel in writing or by returns form within 7 days from delivery. When the items are received in our warehouse, they will be checked to see whether they are incorrect. Once approved, you will be refunded, or we will send out the correct product upon your decision.
Damaged items
Products damaged due to delivery must be reported within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. Once you have processed the return through the procedure mentioned at the top of this page, it will be collected from you and returned to our warehouse. When we receive the products in our warehouse, they will be checked for damage; once approved, you will be refunded, or we will send a replacement upon your decision.
Closed Businesses or Customer Absences
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer was away or the business was closed, the customer will be responsible for any subsequent redelivery or return fees. We will inform you of these costs before proceeding with redelivery or return arrangements.
