If you would like to make a return of a product or report a problem with your order you can do it via your account. Otherwise, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, provide your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return.
We will not refund any collection fees for unwanted items. We will only refund products returned within 30 days that are in a resealable condition. Unwanted items can be returned by using your own postage and we will provide you with a returns address. If you would like to have a collection service we can arrange this at the following costs:

Incorrect items must be reported to GreenFeel in writing or by returns form within 7 days from delivery. When the items are received in our warehouse they will be checked whether they are incorrect. Once approved you will then be refunded or we will send out the correct product upon your decision.
Products that are damaged due to delivery must be reported within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. Once you have processed the return through the procedure mentioned at the top of this page it will be collected from you and returned to our warehouse. When we receive the products in our warehouse they will be checked for damage, once approved you will then be refunded or we will send a replacement upon your decision.
